Make soft butter crescent rolls with sesame at home using flour, yeast, oil, and lukewarm water. After letting the dough rise for an hour, roll it into a circle, cut it into triangles, spread each with butter, and roll into a crescent. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking at 200 °C (400 °F).
The butter inside gives the rolls a delicate flavor. Serve them for breakfast or as a midmorning snack.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the egg, sesame seeds, and butter, and knead into a dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Roll the risen dough into a circle on a work surface and cut it into small triangles.
Spread the triangles with butter and roll them into crescents. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste.
Bake at 200 °C (400 °F) until golden brown.
Tip: Roll the triangles from the wide end toward the tip, then place the rolls tip-side down so they do not unroll during baking. Let them rise a little longer on the baking sheet before brushing with egg.
