These ham and corn stuffed rolls are made with a buttery yeast dough and a filling of processed cheese and sour cream. Cut circles from the risen dough using a cup, spoon the filling into the center, and cover with another circle, pressing the edges firmly to seal. Before baking, brush the rolls with egg mixed with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese and, optionally, sesame seeds. They make a handy snack for school or a day trip.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Combine the milk, sugar and yeast and let the yeast activate. Mix with the flour, salt and melted butter. Knead into a dough and let rise in a warm place.
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface and use a cup to cut out circles.
Combine the drained corn, chopped ham, processed cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Place a little filling in the center of each dough circle, cover with another circle and press the edges firmly together to seal the rolls.
Brush the rolls with the egg beaten with the sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F).
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the rolls are golden.
Tip: Mix the processed cheese with the sour cream until smooth first to help the filling hold together. Gather the dough scraps after cutting and let them rest for a few minutes before rolling again so the dough doesn't shrink back.
