Bacon-wrapped pork meatloaf with eggs is a festive dish that reveals a row of boiled eggs in the center when sliced. Ground pork is mixed with sautéed red onion, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, and marjoram, then layered in a pan lined with bacon slices. Boiled eggs are placed between two layers of meat, and the whole loaf is covered with bacon.
Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F). Once cooled, refrigerate it and serve sliced, for example on a cold platter.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Line a pan with aluminum foil. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes and peel them. Finely dice the red onions and sauté in a little oil until golden. Add all the ingredients to the ground pork, mix thoroughly, and season with salt and black pepper.
Line the foil-lined pan with bacon slices and add half of the meat mixture. Arrange the boiled eggs on top and cover with the remaining meat. Fold the overhanging bacon slices over the second layer, then tap the pan against the table several times to settle the meat firmly.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and bake the meatloaf for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let the baked meatloaf cool, then store it in the refrigerator.
Tip: Lightly coat the peeled eggs in all-purpose flour so the meat adheres better and the eggs stay in place when sliced. Arrange them lengthwise in the pan, snugly against one another.
