These cinnamon sugar triangle cookies are made with a simple quark dough, without eggs or yeast. Quark, a fresh cheese, is combined with butter, semi-coarse wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to make a firm dough. The dough is rolled out about half a centimeter thick and cut into circles. Each circle is coated in cinnamon sugar and folded twice to form a triangle.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Make the triangles from quark dough and coat them in cinnamon sugar.
First, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for coating. In a larger bowl, combine the quark, butter cut into pieces, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Work into a firm dough that holds together. Roll it out about half a centimeter thick and cut out circles with a glass.
Coat each circle in cinnamon sugar, fold it in half, coat it in the sugar again, and fold once more to form a triangle. Coat both sides of the finished triangles in cinnamon sugar.
Arrange the triangles on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes at approximately 180°C (350°F), depending on your oven. They are done when golden brown.
Tip: Press each circle firmly with your fingers after each fold to keep the triangle from opening in the oven. Gather the dough scraps together and roll them out again.
