Instructions

Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.

  1. Make the cream

Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Rinse the raspberries and let them drain thoroughly in a strainer.

  2. Make the first layer

Briefly dip half the ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them in the bottom of a pan. Spread half the cream over them, then arrange the raspberries on top.

  3. Make the second layer

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them over the raspberries. Cover with the remaining half of the cream.

  4. Chill

Sift the cocoa powder over the top and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2–3 hours.

Tip: The raspberries must be dry, as any water on them will thin the cream. Thaw frozen raspberries in a strainer, and do not add their juice to the tiramisu.
