These no-bake cookie and cream cheese truffles coated in white chocolate use three ingredients and are ready in half an hour. Crushed butter cookies are mixed with cream cheese into a thick mixture and shaped into balls. After 15 minutes in the freezer, each ball is fully coated in melted white chocolate.
You can decorate them with edible glitter. The recipe makes about 18 truffles, perfect for a Christmas dessert platter.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Crush the cookies in a food processor or with a rolling pin and transfer to a bowl. Add the cream cheese and mix into a thick mixture.
Shape the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 15 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate over simmering water or in the microwave. Remove the balls from the freezer and coat each one completely in chocolate.
Return the truffles to the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with edible glitter. Let set, then store in an airtight container in a cool place.
Tip: Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, stirring after each one. If overheated, it will thicken and you won't be able to coat the balls.
