This quark cake with white chocolate and semolina uses just six ingredients and no flour. Blend the strained quark, a fresh cheese similar to farmer's cheese, with sugar and milk, gradually add the semolina and egg, then stir in the white chocolate. You can use sour cream instead of milk, but adjust the amount of semolina accordingly.
Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Serve it sliced with coffee, or with cocoa or tea for the kids.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Press the quark through a sieve into a bowl. Add the sugar and whole milk or sour cream. While mixing continuously, gradually add the semolina, adjusting the amount depending on whether you used milk or sour cream. Once the mixture is smooth, add the egg and whisk it in.
Place the white chocolate in a bag and crush it with a rolling pin or meat mallet, then stir it into the quark mixture. Pour the mixture into a pan thoroughly greased with butter and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut the baked cake into pieces and serve with coffee, cocoa, or tea.
Tip: Chill the white chocolate briefly before crushing it. Once cold, it will break into nice pieces inside the bag without smearing.
