Baked goods
Dry cookies have no cream or whipped cream, so you can bake them ahead and they don’t need the fridge. Vanilla crescents with walnuts keep in a cookie tin for up to three weeks, white wine cookies stay crisp for two to three weeks and Swedish ginger cookies stay crunchy for several weeks. Also here are coconut bear paws, four-ingredient coconut macaroons, Linzer cookies and walnut rounds sandwiched with jam.
Store them in a tightly closed container, ideally a metal tin, somewhere cool and dry, each kind separately. The Christmas baking planner shows when to bake which. For fillings and cream, see fancy Christmas cookies, and every kind is in Christmas cookies and baking.
