Christmas cookies that keep

Dry cookies have no cream or whipped cream, so you can bake them ahead and they don’t need the fridge. Vanilla crescents with walnuts keep in a cookie tin for up to three weeks, white wine cookies stay crisp for two to three weeks and Swedish ginger cookies stay crunchy for several weeks.
