These coconut macaroons with sweetened condensed milk and almond extract are quick cookies you can make in under 20 minutes. Mix shredded coconut with a little flour, salt, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and almond extract, which gives them a distinctive aroma. Bake the balls for about 11 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F), until the edges brown. Once cooled, dip them halfway into melted chocolate.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the flour, coconut, and salt, then add the sweetened condensed milk and both extracts. Shape the mixture into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake the macaroons for about 11 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. Let cool completely.
Dip each macaroon halfway into the melted chocolate and let set at room temperature.
Tip: Dip your palms in cold water as you shape the balls to keep the sticky condensed milk mixture from sticking to your hands. Make the balls the same size so the edges brown evenly across the baking sheet.
