Potatoes
22 minPreheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Scrub the potatoes and halve any larger ones. Toss with 2 tbsp of the oil and half the salt, then roast on a sheet pan for 20–22 minutes.
Salmon
12 minSeason the salmon with salt and pepper, brush with the remaining oil, and place between the potatoes. Bake for 12 minutes, until opaque in the center.
Sauce
3 minMix the yogurt with the dill, grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Serving
Serve the salmon and potatoes with the dill yogurt and lemon wedges.
Tip: Make the dill yogurt ahead of time and refrigerate it to give the dill and lemon flavors time to develop.
