This butter-fried grilled cheese sandwich makes a quick breakfast without a toaster or sandwich maker. Toast the bread slices in melted butter, sprinkle grated cheese between them and over the top, then flip the sandwich once so the cheese melts on both sides. It's ready in about 15 minutes and goes well with tea or coffee.

Preparation
First, grate the cheese. Melt a piece of butter in a heated skillet.
Place two slices of bread in the skillet and sprinkle one with cheese. Once the bread is lightly toasted, place the second slice on top of the cheese-covered slice, then sprinkle more cheese over the top.
After a short while, flip the sandwich and sprinkle cheese over the other side as well. Once the cheese has melted, the sandwich is ready.
Tip: After flipping the sandwich, press it gently with a spatula so the melted cheese holds the slices together. Let any cheese that spills into the pan cook until crisp to form a tasty crust around the sandwich.
