Pasta salad with ham, broccoli, and yogurt dressing is a hearty cold salad that can serve as a complete dinner. Once cooled, al dente pasta is mixed with broccoli florets, carrot slices, and diced red and yellow bell peppers, cheese, and ham. The Greek yogurt and mayonnaise dressing is seasoned to taste, for example with a tzatziki seasoning blend. Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and let cool.
Cut the bell peppers, cheese, and ham into small cubes, slice the carrots into thin rounds, and separate the broccoli into small florets. Toss everything together in a bowl and pour the prepared dressing over it.
Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, and seasonings in a bowl. Choose seasonings to taste, such as a tzatziki seasoning blend, a grilled vegetable seasoning blend, plain salt and pepper, or Vegeta, a vegetable-based seasoning blend.
Add the dressed vegetable mixture to the pasta and toss thoroughly. Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
Tip: Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water to cool it faster and keep it from sticking together. Reserve some of the dressing to stir in just before serving, as the pasta gradually absorbs it in the refrigerator.
