This flourless broccoli casserole with ham and Parmesan is a quick, savory bake in which broccoli replaces the flour entirely. The cooked florets are cut into smaller pieces, mixed with plain yogurt, beaten eggs, and ham, and seasoned with salt and pepper. The mixture is spread in a baking dish and baked for about 15 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F). Sprinkle the Parmesan on top just before the end of baking.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Boil the broccoli in salted water, drain, cut into smaller pieces, and let cool slightly. Add the yogurt, beaten eggs, chopped ham, salt, and pepper, and mix. Spread the mixture in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for about 15 minutes.
Just before the end of baking, sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan, if desired.
Tip: Instead of ham, use browned chicken cut into small cubes.
Tip: Boil the broccoli only briefly, until the stems soften slightly—overcooking it would make the casserole soggy. The casserole is done when the center no longer jiggles when you shake the dish.
