Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Prepare the ingredients
10 minCut the turkey breast into thin strips, the broccoli into small florets, and the bell pepper into strips. Mix the soy sauce with the honey, potato starch, and water.
Sear the turkey
5 minHeat the oil in a skillet or wok until very hot. Sear the turkey over high heat for 3–4 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
Stir-fry the vegetables
6 minAdd the broccoli and bell pepper and stir-fry for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for another minute.
Add the sauce
3 minReturn the turkey to the pan, pour in the sauce, and simmer, stirring, for 1–2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the turkey and vegetables. Serve with rice.
Tip: Use a very hot pan and cook in small batches. If you add too much meat at once, it will release its juices and steam instead of browning.
