These no-bake hazelnut nests are balls of ground and chopped hazelnuts held together with a chocolate and margarine mixture. Water, sugar, margarine, and chocolate are heated gently until smooth, then mixed with crushed nuts. The mixture is shaped into balls and coated with ground nuts, and you can decorate them with a spoonful of Nutella and chopped hazelnuts. Preparation takes about 20 minutes, and no oven is needed.

Combine the water, sugar, margarine, and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.
Crush the cookies and hazelnuts, using a blender if you like. Stir them into the chocolate mixture.
Shape the mixture into balls, sprinkle with ground hazelnuts, and arrange on a baking sheet.
Top each ball with Nutella.
Tip: Let the warm mixture firm up in the refrigerator until it can be shaped without sticking to your hands. Press an indentation into each ball with your thumb to hold the Nutella like a little nest.
