Make these chicken slices with dried mushrooms in a pressure cooker: lightly pound the sliced chicken breasts, sear them, then cook with sautéed onion, soaked dried mushrooms, and bouillon. Cook for just 15–20 minutes once the cooker starts hissing, then remove the meat and thicken the sauce with Solamyl (potato starch). Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or French fries.

Onion and mushrooms
Heat a little oil in the pressure cooker and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden, taking care not to burn it. Place the mushrooms in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and let stand briefly.
Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, cut into slices, and pound lightly. Season with salt and pepper, then sear on both sides in a skillet over high heat with a little oil.
Pressure-cook
Sprinkle the paprika over the onion in the cooker. Add the seared chicken, drained mushrooms, and bouillon, then add enough water to reach about one-third of the way up the chicken. Close the cooker and cook for 15–20 minutes from the moment it starts hissing.
Sauce
Once the pressure has released, remove the chicken. Mix the potato starch with 100 ml water, pour into the sauce, and simmer until thickened. Return the chicken to the sauce and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or French fries.

Tip: Save the mushroom soaking water—strained through a fine-mesh sieve, it gives the sauce a deeper mushroom flavor. Open the cooker only after the pressure has fully released.
