These baked breaded crepes with processed cheese and ham are savory crepes with a breadcrumb coating that don't need to be fried. Spread the crepes with a mixture of grated cheese, ham, sour cream, and processed cheese, with optional additions such as Niva, a Slovak blue cheese, or corn. Roll up the crepes, coat them in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs as you would schnitzel, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F). If you don't mind frying, you can also cook them in a skillet with oil.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
In a bowl, mix the cheeses, ham, sour cream, and any other ingredients you want in the filling. Spread the mixture over the crepes and roll them up.
Coat the crepes as you would schnitzel: first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for about 20–25 minutes. If you don't mind frying, you can also fry them in a skillet with oil.
Tip: Fold the sides of each crepe inward as you roll it up, as you would for a wrap. This keeps the melted cheese from leaking out during baking and the coating from peeling off at the ends.
