Chicken nuggets in processed cheese batter are fried chicken strips with a delicate cheese coating. Cut the breasts into strips three to four centimeters long, then season with salt and pepper. The batter of eggs, processed cheese, vegetable oil, all-purpose flour, and milk should be slightly thicker than pancake batter. Dip the pieces one at a time, let the excess batter drip off briefly, and fry in hot oil. This recipe makes six servings in about half an hour.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips 1 cm wide and approximately 3–4 cm long. Let them drain, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
To make the batter, mix the eggs, salt, cheese, and oil. Add the flour, then gradually pour in the milk. Whisk into a smooth batter that is slightly thicker than pancake batter.
Coat the chicken pieces in the batter, let the excess drip off briefly, and add them one at a time to the hot oil. Fry the nuggets, then transfer them to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Tip
Serve the nuggets with a variety of sauces, such as dill sauce, or drizzle them with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tip: Whisk the processed cheese with the eggs until completely smooth before adding the flour to prevent lumps in the batter. Add only enough pieces to the oil so they do not touch each other.
