Garlic syrup with honey and apple cider vinegar is a traditional homemade preparation made with three ingredients. Eight garlic cloves are crushed and mixed with a glass of apple cider vinegar and a glass of honey in a glass or porcelain bowl. The mixture then rests in a sealed container in the refrigerator for five days and needs to be stirred once a day.
The syrup has a very strong flavor, so do not drink it undiluted: stir two teaspoons into a glass of water.

Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Finely crush the garlic cloves in a garlic press or blend them. Place the garlic in a glass or porcelain bowl, add the apple cider vinegar and honey, and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a sealable glass container and refrigerate for 5 days. Take it out briefly each day and stir well. After 5 days, the syrup is ready.
The syrup is very concentrated, so do not drink it undiluted: stir 2 teaspoons into a glass of water.
Tip: If the honey has crystallized, first soften it by placing its container in warm water so it mixes smoothly with the vinegar. Always use a clean, dry spoon for the daily stirring.
