This ham and tomato omelet is a quick breakfast made with four eggs, with tomatoes adding juiciness. First, cook about two-thirds of the eggs beaten with milk in olive oil. After flipping the omelet, scatter diced ham and tomato over the top. Pour the remaining eggs over everything, then flip the omelet again after a short while and finish cooking. If you prefer, remove the seedy center of the tomato.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Dice the tomato, removing the seedy center if desired. Dice the ham as well.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and pour in about 2/3 of the beaten eggs. Once the bottom of the omelet is cooked, flip it.
Scatter the ham and tomato over the cooked side. After a short while, pour the remaining eggs over them and cook for 1–2 minutes. Flip the omelet again and finish cooking.
Tip: For a more filling breakfast, add cheese along with the ham and tomato.
Tip: Pour the remaining eggs evenly over the entire surface, not just in the center, to cover both the ham and tomato. Once set, the eggs will hold the filling together so it stays in place when you flip the omelet a second time.
