This kefir Bundt cake with raisins is a simple family cake with ingredients measured using an ordinary cup. The eggs are mixed with sugar and kefir, which can be replaced with plain yogurt. All-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar are added gradually, and the raisins are folded in with a wooden spoon. The batter is poured into a greased and floured Bundt pan and baked for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F). The cake is fluffy and goes well with coffee or as a Sunday afternoon treat.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
In a deep bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the eggs with the sugar and kefir or yogurt. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, then turn off the mixer and stir in the raisins with a wooden spoon. If the batter is too thick, add a little more kefir or yogurt.
Grease a Bundt pan with butter, dust it with flour, and pour in the batter.
Bake the cake for approximately 30–35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Tip: You can use buttermilk or acidophilus milk instead of kefir. If the top browns before the center is baked through, cover the cake with aluminum foil.
