This cookie cake with yogurt and sweetened condensed milk is a quick, three-ingredient dessert made in the microwave. Crushed butter cookies are spread over the bottom of a glass dish and covered with a mixture of plain yogurt and sweetened condensed milk. After five to seven minutes in the microwave, the filling thickens, holds its shape, and develops a delicate crust on top. If you have butter on hand, you can add it to the cookies. Let the cake cool before serving.

Spread the crushed cookies over the bottom of a glass dish or another microwave-safe container. Mix the yogurt with the sweetened condensed milk and spread evenly over the cookies.
Smooth the top and microwave for 5–7 minutes, until the filling thickens, holds its shape, and forms a thin crust on top.
The filling also softens the cookies, allowing them to bind into a single layer even without butter.
If you have butter on hand, add it to the cookies for a more flavorful base. Then let the cake cool.
Tip: To make a similar cake as a simple oven-baked cheesecake, use 200 g smooth quark (a soft fresh cheese) or cream cheese, 1 egg, and 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
Mix the ingredients and spread over a base of crushed cookies and melted butter, using about 40–50 g butter per packet of cookies. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).
Tip: Choose thick plain yogurt so the filling sets better in the microwave. Once the cake has cooled, refrigerate it for a few more hours before cutting it into neat pieces.
