This peach puff pastry tart with yogurt filling is made on a baking sheet, with no dough kneading required. Roll out ready-made puff pastry, raise the edges slightly, and dust it with a little sugar. Arrange peach slices on top, leaving the skins on if you like, and pour over a mixture of plain yogurt, fine wheat semolina, egg, and sugar. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). The tart serves six.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Roll out the puff pastry to approximately the size of your baking sheet. Transfer it to the sheet and raise the edges slightly. Dust the pastry lightly with sugar, using no more than 1 tbsp.
Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, and beaten egg in a bowl.
Wash and dry the peaches, then cut them into moderately thin slices, leaving the skins on. Arrange them directly on the pastry, then pour the yogurt mixture over them.
Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 25 minutes. It is done when the yogurt filling has thickened and turned lightly golden.
Tip: Place the baking sheet in the lower third of the oven so the puff pastry cooks through underneath the moist filling. Let the tart cool before slicing so the yogurt filling can firm up further.
