This apple strudel with oat flour, rolled oats, and nuts needs no puff pastry or stretching: simply mix rolled oats, oat flour, plain yogurt, and honey to make the dough. Shape half the dough into elongated bases on a baking sheet, top with chopped, unpeeled apples, and cover with the remaining dough. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon, then bake for 40 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F). Serve as a sweet treat with coffee.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Leave the apples unpeeled, cut them open, remove the cores, and chop into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, oat flour, yogurt, and honey.
Divide the dough into four portions. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape two portions into elongated bases. Spread the apples over them and cover with the remaining two portions of dough.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon and bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for 40 minutes.
Tip: Use thick plain yogurt, as thin yogurt would make the oat mixture spread on the baking sheet. Shape the dough with hands dipped in water to keep it from sticking.
