These oatmeal cookies with yogurt, apples and raisins are made without flour, butter or eggs. Mix rolled oats with plain yogurt and let them stand for half an hour to absorb moisture and soften. Then add grated apples, raisins, cinnamon and a tablespoon of honey. Drop small mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet and flatten them slightly by hand so they bake through more evenly. Bake for 20–30 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Serve with yogurt or enjoy as a snack.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Mix the rolled oats with the yogurt. Do not add water; the oats will soften in the yogurt alone. Let the mixture stand for about 30 minutes so the oats absorb moisture and soften.
Meanwhile, grate the apples and mix them with the raisins, cinnamon and honey. Add to the oats and mix thoroughly to combine the flavors and form a mixture that holds together.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or your hands, place small mounds of the mixture on the sheet. Press them gently to flatten slightly so they bake through faster and more evenly. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for about 20–30 minutes.
Tip: If the first mounds spread on the baking sheet, the mixture is too wet; stir in another handful of rolled oats and let them absorb the moisture for a little while.
