Spaghetti with ground pork, corn and processed cheese is a hearty meal with a sauce you can make in about half an hour. Brown the ground pork with onion, season with garlic and oregano, then simmer with tomato paste, ketchup and water. Melt processed cheese, such as Apetito or Smotanito, into the sauce, then add the corn. Sprinkle the finished pasta with Parmesan. This recipe serves six.

- Chop two onions and sauté them in a little oil until translucent. Add the ground pork and brown it. Season with salt, pepper and a little oregano, adding more oregano to taste later. Stir in the crushed garlic, mix thoroughly and continue cooking.
- Gradually stir in the tomato paste and about 150–200 ml ketchup. Pour in 300 ml water and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Apetito or Smotanito processed cheese and add a little more oregano to taste. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.
- Once the cheese has melted, add the corn and adjust the salt to taste. If desired, add a little more garlic and some fresh basil.
- Place the cooked spaghetti on plates, spoon the meat sauce over it and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Tip: Let the ground pork sit undisturbed in the hot pan until browned underneath before breaking it up to give the sauce a richer, meatier flavor.
