Baked polenta with feta, cheese, and eggs is a warm oven-baked dinner for cooler fall days. Simmer cornmeal in milk and water with salt, then stir in butter, feta, and grated cheese. Pour the thick polenta into a greased baking dish, make wells in it, and add a piece of butter and a raw egg to each one. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) until the eggs are cooked. The recipe makes four servings.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Place the cornmeal in a pot with the milk, water, and salt, and bring to a boil over low heat. Once it starts boiling, add the feta, grated cheese, and butter, and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and make one well for each egg.
Place a piece of butter and 1 raw egg in each well, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F).
Bake until the egg whites are completely set.
Tip: Whisk the cornmeal as it cooks in the milk and water, reaching all the way to the bottom to prevent lumps and keep the milk from scorching. Crack each egg into a cup first, then gently pour it into a well to keep the yolk intact.
