Serve iceberg lettuce in thick slices topped with a creamy dressing made from processed cheese and plain yogurt. The lettuce slices go into the freezer for half an hour first to make them cold and crisp. The dressing is seasoned with olive oil, wine vinegar, and pepper. Top with cherry tomatoes, crisp bacon, and crushed garlic, then drizzle with more dressing.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into 2.5 cm-thick slices as shown in the picture. Place them in the freezer for half an hour to make them cold and crisp. Then transfer them to a paper towel.
- Make the cheese dressing in a separate bowl: mix the grated cheese, unsweetened plain yogurt, pepper, oil, and vinegar.
- Cut the bacon into strips and cook in a dry skillet until crisp. Arrange the lettuce slices on a plate and spoon the dressing over the center of each slice. Top with chopped tomatoes, crisp bacon, and crushed garlic. Drizzle with more dressing and add salt to taste.
Tip: Do not leave the iceberg lettuce in the freezer for longer than half an hour, as frozen leaves will wilt once thawed. Drain the cooked bacon on a paper towel so the dressing does not become greasy.
