This chocolate hazelnut cake is measured with an ordinary cup, so you don't need a scale or measuring cup. Simply mix the sugar, semi-coarse wheat flour, ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder, eggs, and baking powder in one bowl, then pour the batter into a deep baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 40–45 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, pour melted chocolate over it and decorate with sprinkles.

Bake at 170°C (340°F) for approximately 40–45 minutes, depending on your oven.

Tip: Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and add the decorations right away, before the chocolate sets; they won't stick once it has hardened.
