These puff pastry cream horns with buttercream use just three ingredients: puff pastry, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. The room-temperature pastry is cut into 2 cm-wide strips, wrapped around cone-shaped molds, and baked for 15 to 20 minutes at 170 °C (340 °F). The filling is made by beating butter until fluffy, then adding sweetened condensed milk a tablespoon at a time. The cooled pastry horns are filled with the cream, and even a beginner can manage the whole process.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Take the pastry out of the refrigerator ahead of time so it comes to room temperature. Cut it into 2 cm-wide strips.
Wrap the pastry strips around cone-shaped cream horn molds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170 °C (340 °F) for about 15–20 minutes, until golden.
Beat the butter until fluffy, then add the sweetened condensed milk a tablespoon at a time. Continue beating until the cream is light and fluffy, then use it to fill the baked pastry horns.
Tip: Wrap the strips starting at the tip of each mold, overlapping them slightly so they do not unravel during baking. Remove the molds while the pastry horns are still warm, when they release most easily.
