These Milky Way-style dessert cups pair a dark chocolate pudding and milk chocolate cream with a light layer of quark (a fresh farmer's cheese) and sour cream, reminiscent of the familiar candy bar. The pudding is cooked in milk with melted chocolate, then mixed with whipped butter once cool. The light cream is simply a mixture of quark, sour cream, and vanilla sugar. Spoon the light cream into glasses first, top with the dark cream, and chill before serving.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Add about 1 tbsp sugar to 400 ml milk. Break all the chocolate into pieces and add it to the milk. Heat on the stove, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts.
Stir the pudding mix into the remaining milk, then pour it into the chocolate mixture on the stove. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Let the pudding mixture cool, then mix it with the whipped butter.
In another bowl, mix the sour cream, quark, and vanilla sugar to make the light cream. The two creams are now ready to layer.
Spoon the light sour cream mixture into the bottom of the glasses and top with the dark chocolate cream. Chill the dessert, then serve.
Tip: Blend the quark or press it through a sieve for a smooth, lump-free cream. Pipe it into the glasses using a bag with a corner snipped off to keep the layers even and the rims clean.
