Sheet pan chicken breasts with bacon, ham, and cheese are a simple dinner where everything bakes at the same time. The pounded chicken breasts are seasoned with chicken seasoning, spread with mustard, and topped with bacon, bell peppers, hot peppers, and scallions. Ham, sour cream, and grated cheese go on top. They bake for 35–40 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F), and vegetable rice goes well as a side dish. One sheet pan serves six.

Instructions

Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.

  1. Cut the bell peppers, hot peppers, and scallions into thin slices.

Cut the chicken breasts in half, pound them, season with chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper, place them on a baking sheet greased with oil, and spread with mustard.

  2. Arrange the bacon, bell peppers, and hot peppers on the meat, sprinkle with the sliced scallions, and cover with the ham. Spread with the sour cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

  3. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 °C (400 °F) and bake until browned, about 35–40 minutes.

Vegetable rice can be served as a side dish.

Tip: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness so they bake at the same time and the thinner edges do not dry out. The bacon and ham add salt to the meat, so salt it only lightly.
