Tuna-stuffed avocados are a no-cook dinner: avocado halves are filled with a salad of canned tuna, Greek yogurt, red onion, and corn seasoned with lemon. Yogurt replaces mayonnaise, making the salad lighter.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Make the salad
8 minDrain the tuna and flake it with a fork. Mix with the yogurt, finely chopped red onion, corn, juice of half a lemon, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the avocados
5 minCut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop out a little flesh with a spoon to make the cavities larger. Chop the scooped-out flesh and stir it into the salad. Drizzle the cut surfaces with lemon juice.
Fill and serve
2 minFill the avocado halves with the tuna salad, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
Tip: A ripe avocado gives slightly when gently pressed. A firm avocado will ripen in 2–3 days at room temperature in a paper bag with an apple.
