These cheese crackers are crisp, savory triangles made from a dough of 100 g butter, 100 g all-purpose flour, 100 g hard cheese, and one egg. After mixing, chill the dough for half an hour to firm up, then roll it into two circles and cut into triangles. Use a straw to poke holes in them. They bake in just 10 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). Serve them with wine, at a party, or for a movie night.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a uniform dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two portions and shape each into a circle. Cut both circles into small triangles and use a straw to poke several holes in each triangle.
Bake the crackers at 180 °C (350 °F) for 10 minutes, then remove them from the oven.
Tip: Roll the circles to an even thickness throughout, as thinner edges would burn before the centers are baked. The crackers will still be soft while warm and will become crisp only after cooling.
