These yeast-raised yogurt flatbreads with cheese and chives are oven-baked breads that can replace regular bread. Flour, water, yeast, oil, and an egg are kneaded into a soft dough, which rises for an hour before being divided into 10 to 12 flatbreads. Each is spread with a mixture of yogurt, egg, and seasonings, sprinkled with grated cheese, and baked for 10 to 15 minutes at 220 °C (425 °F). Finish by garnishing with chopped chives.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Knead all the dough ingredients into a soft dough and let rise for 1 hour.
The risen dough will be very soft. Divide it into approximately 10 to 12 flatbreads.
Mix the yogurt, egg, and seasonings in a bowl. Spread the mixture over each flatbread and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Let the flatbreads rest for about 10 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (425 °F) for approximately 10 minutes.
Tip: Divide and shape the very soft dough with oiled hands, then flatten the flatbreads with your fingers directly on the baking sheet. Spread the yogurt mixture thinly so it does not run onto the baking sheet.
