This ginger, lemon, and garlic drink is a traditional homemade recipe made with four simple ingredients. Blend washed lemons, preferably organic, with ginger and garlic cloves, then add two liters of water and heat the mixture to just below boiling. Once cool, strain through a sieve and refrigerate. Shake before each pour.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
- Wash the lemons and ginger, cut them into pieces, and place in a blender. Add the peeled garlic, blend everything together, and pour into a bowl.
- Add the water and heat the mixture. Remove from the heat just before it boils and let cool. Strain through a medium-mesh sieve and refrigerate. Shake before each pour.
Tip: The lemons go into the blender peel and all, so scrub them with a brush under hot water if they are not organic. Remove the seeds beforehand, as blending them would make the drink bitter.
