A mojito is a refreshing summer drink made with white rum, lime, mint, and club soda. Muddle cane sugar with the juice of half a lime in the bottom of a tall glass, then add crushed ice or ice cubes, pour in the rum, and add mint leaves. Stir, then top off the glass with club soda. Garnish the mojito with lime and mint and serve with a swizzle stick and a straw.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
- Add the cane sugar to the bottom of a tall glass and squeeze in the juice of half a lime. Muddle the sugar with the juice and stir.
- Cover the mixture with crushed ice or ice cubes, pour in the rum, add the mint leaves, and stir well again.
- Top off the glass with club soda and garnish with lime and mint. Serve the mojito with a swizzle stick and a straw.
Tip: Gently clap the mint leaves between your palms before adding them to the glass to release their aroma without making them bitter, as vigorous muddling can.
