Stale bread pizza with salami and mozzarella is an inexpensive dinner that uses up leftover bread. Arrange the bread slices snugly in a greased baking dish and pour over a mixture of egg, sour cream, milk, and grated cheese. Top with salami or sausage, mozzarella, ketchup, and oregano. Bake at 220 °C (425 °F) for about 20 minutes for a meal that serves two.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and arrange the bread or sandwich bread slices in it without leaving any gaps.
- Beat the egg in a bowl, then add the sour cream, milk, and grated hard cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread, arrange the salami or sausage on top, and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Sprinkle the top with oregano and pepper, drizzle with ketchup, and let stand for half an hour so the bread can soak up the egg mixture.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 220 °C (425 °F) for about 20 minutes.
Tip: Insert a knife between the bread slices in the center of the dish—if liquid egg mixture seeps out around it, leave the pizza in the oven a little longer.
