Zucchini-crust pizza with ham and mozzarella tastes like classic pizza, but has a grated zucchini base instead of dough. Salt the zucchini, let it stand for 15 minutes, then squeeze it thoroughly and mix it with grated cheese and eggs. Shape the mixture into a round crust on parchment paper and prebake for 10 minutes at 190°C (375°F). Then spread with ketchup, top as desired with ham, salami, prosciutto, bell pepper, tomatoes, and mozzarella, and finish baking.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
Finely grate the zucchini, salt it, and let stand for about 15 minutes to release its moisture.
Squeeze the zucchini thoroughly until it is as dry as possible. Add the grated hard cheese and eggs and mix well. If desired, add a little garlic powder to taste.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a round pizza crust. Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes. Remove the crust, spread with ketchup, and add your favorite toppings.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes.
Tip: Grate the cheese as finely as possible to help bind the zucchini and hold the crust together. If the center is still soft after prebaking, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes so it won't become soggy under the toppings.
