This skillet pizza with sour cream and mayonnaise needs no oven or rising time. Stir the eggs with sour cream, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt using a spoon, then gradually mix in nine tablespoons of all-purpose flour. The recipe makes two smaller pizzas, about 20 cm in diameter, topped with tomatoes, mozzarella, onion, ham, and Parmesan. You can also use sausage, Edam cheese, or olives instead.

Use this amount of batter to make 2 smaller pizzas, approximately 20 cm in diameter.
In a bowl, use a spoon to mix 2 eggs, 4 tbsp sour cream, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the flour and mix with a spoon or whisk until the batter is smooth.
Grease a skillet with oil; olive oil works too. Pour in half the batter and use a spoon to spread it into a round approximately 20 cm in diameter. Arrange your chosen toppings over the batter.
Tip: Instead of the listed toppings, use sausage, Edam cheese, olives, or any other toppings you like.
Set the skillet over low heat, cover with a lid, and cook the pizza for 10–12 minutes. Repeat with the remaining half of the batter to make the second pizza.
Tip: Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and let them drain briefly in a strainer. Otherwise, they will release juice under the lid and leave the top of the crust wet.
