Tuna balls with spreadable processed cheese are a quick savory snack made by mixing canned tuna with the cheese. The mixture is shaped into balls and coated twice: first in breadcrumbs mixed with chopped parsley, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs again. This gives them a crispy crust and a creamy filling. Serve with lime; this recipe makes four servings.

Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
- Mix the tuna with the spreadable processed cheese in a bowl.
- Prepare 2 bowls for coating: beat the eggs in one and combine the breadcrumbs with chopped parsley in the other.
- Shape the tuna mixture into balls or another shape, then coat first in breadcrumbs, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs again.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a deep skillet or pot and fry the prepared nuggets.
- Transfer the fried nuggets to paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve with lime and a side dish of your choice.
Tip: Press the tuna against the side of a strainer with a fork to drain all the liquid, or the mixture will be too soft. Refrigerate the coated balls for 15 minutes before frying so they do not fall apart in the oil.
