These puff pastry bites with bacon, sausage and cheese combine several savory snacks made from two packages of pastry. Make the bacon rolls from rectangles spread with mustard, sprinkled with cheese and rolled around sour pickles. Spread the ham pinwheels with ketchup and season with Italian seasoning. Flavor the remaining bites with sausage and garlic. Bake at 200°C (400°F). The full batch fills three baking sheets, making it suitable for a party.

Pinwheels:
Roll out the puff pastry, spread with ketchup and sprinkle with seasoning, such as Italian seasoning. Arrange the ham on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll up into a log, cut into 1 cm slices and place cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.- Bake the pinwheels in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes, until golden.
Rolls:
Cut the rolled-out puff pastry into rectangles and spread with mustard. Arrange the bacon slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Place a pickle along a short edge of each rectangle and roll up. Bake at 200°C (400°F) until golden.Squares:
Cut the rolled-out puff pastry into squares and spread with ketchup flavored with garlic. Place a slice of smoked sausage on each square, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200°C (400°F) until golden.
Tip: Pat the pickles dry with a kitchen towel before rolling them up, or they will make the pastry soggy inside. Halve thicker pickles lengthwise so the rolls are easier to shape and bake through.
