Instructions
Tip: tap a step to mark it as done.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper, spread it on a sheet of aluminum foil and smooth it out. Top with chopped onion, grated eggs and chopped potatoes, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Use the foil to help roll the meat into a log and bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the milk, cheese and mayonnaise to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the roll, wrap it again in foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
Tip: Spread the meat to an even thickness over the aluminum foil. As you roll, gradually peel back and lift the foil to guide the meat without rolling the foil into the filling.
