Slovak cuisine

Slovak home cooking is built on potatoes, sauerkraut, bryndza sheep cheese, smoked meats and flour. The traditional dishes here are sorted by type – soups, halušky and dough dishes, potato dishes, meat, cakes and festive recipes – and each section links to the whole category.
